Natural Beauty

Some pictures I've taken recently. We're surrounded by so much beauty, yet we continue to fuck it up on a daily basis. Christ we're dumb.

I live near this river. I took this at dawn, on my way home from the hellhole. The Husband was incredulous.

"What the hell, you complain that you don't get enough sleep, but you stop for an hour to take pictures of a polluted mud puddle?" Sigh. Absolutely no vision.

I wish I had a better camera, the colors were completely amazing.

Sunset over the lake, taken from my best friend's deck. I continue to hate her for having such a beautiful view.

Butterfly...cool. A bird started chasing it right after I took this picture. Fucker probably got eaten, damn you Darwin.
