As I mentioned earlier in the week, Butch Walker opened for Avril Lavigne, and I thought he did pretty well for a "piss ant opening act" (his words, great sense of humor). Anyway, one song really stuck out, called "Best Thing You Never Had". He told the audience that they should call their ex-significant others, hold the phone up and make them listen to a big "screw you" for 5 and a half minutes. I downloaded it the next day, and cracked the fuck up when I looked up the lyrics. Anybody who's been dumped, used, or otherwise abused can relate to his words.

With that, to those who used and tossed me aside...and there haven't been many, thankfully I was usually on the giving end of "the boot" during my dating years, but yes I hold a grudge toward those few. Not a murderous grudge, just the kind that would allow me to let the air out of their tires or sign them up for farm animal porno spam...I simply say this.
